About Phuket (HKT)
Phuket International Airport (HKT) is Thailand's third-largest airport, in the north of Phuket Island, about 30 km from Patong Beach. It handles a mix of long-haul European, Asian, and low-cost carriers, plus heavy charter traffic in high season.
Phuket runs on tourist rhythms: peak-season immigration queues — December to February, plus Chinese New Year and Songkran — can hit 60–90 minutes on the worst evenings. Off-season is calmer, but late-night European arrivals still bunch up.
HKT has two passenger terminals for international and domestic traffic, plus a smaller charter facility. Fast Track applies to all international arrivals and departures.

The service is free for children under three at BKK and DMK, and under two at HKT. Children above these thresholds are subject to the standard adult charge. High-season bookings (Dec–Feb, Chinese New Year) are recommended at least 3 days in advance.
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. We offer private car and van transfers to Patong, Karon, Kata, Kamala, Bang Tao, Rawai, and other main resort areas. Book the transfer as an add-on and your agent will walk you directly to the vehicle after Fast Track.
For arrivals into Phuket from Bangkok on Thai Airways, Bangkok Airways, AirAsia or Nok Air, immigration isn't required since it's a domestic flight — so Fast Track becomes a meet-and-greet plus porter service at a lower price. Ask us for a domestic quote.
Buggy isn't routinely offered at Phuket. The terminal is compact enough that walking from any gate to immigration takes under 10 minutes. If you have a specific mobility need, request wheelchair assistance from your airline at the time of booking your ticket.
Weekday evenings between 19:00 and 23:00 in high season (December–February), and weekend afternoons during Songkran and Chinese New Year. If you can arrive early morning or midday, queues are much shorter — Fast Track still saves time, but the differential is smaller.
