Bangkok's second airport handles budget-carrier arrivals in waves — three long-haul low-cost flights landing at once can turn a 20-minute queue into a two-hour ordeal. Fast Track keeps you moving.
Don Mueang International Airport (DMK) is Bangkok's second commercial airport, about 25 km north of the city centre. It's the world's oldest continuously operating airport and today serves as Southeast Asia's largest low-cost carrier hub.
DMK has two terminals:
Immigration queues are typically 7–20 minutes off-peak but can stretch to 45 minutes or more during the 22:00–02:00 window, when several wide-body low-cost flights land within an hour of each other.
Fast Track saves you the most time at DMK during these peak windows. Off-peak, the base queue is often only 10–15 minutes long — we recommend Fast Track here if you're arriving between 20:00 and 06:00, or if you have a tight onward connection.
